Educational Credit Information
2009 ACDA National Convention - March 4-7, 2009 - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Graduate Credit - Graduate credit is available to registrants through VanderCook College of Music.
VanderCook is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music, the Higher Learning Commission and the Illinois State Board of Education.
- One Credit Hour: Earn one graduate credit by attending 12.5 clock hours of interest sessions, reading sessions, and concerts. Students may count one hour of time spent visiting the exhibits toward the total clock hours.
- Two Credit Hours: Earn two graduate credit by attending 25 clock hours of interest sessions, reading sessions, and concerts. Students may count two hours of time spent visiting the exhibits toward the total clock hours.
Graduate Credit Informational Sheet and Registration Form (PDF) - Students must register by noon on the first day of the convention.
Professional Development Credit - ACDA offers professional development certification/continuing education credit to registrants attending the convention. Credit is FREE for all registrants. Ask for the Professional Development Certificate at the registration desk when you arrive in Oklahoma City.
